With the help of my sister chef @aili.ong , @bakernextdoor__ come up with a specially curated Raspberry Crumble Cheese Pie, we named it “S I N G A P I E” .
SPECIAL PIE created in significance of the NDP, Singapore national day celebration.
introducing the Singapie, made with the freshest, juiciest raspberries and fragrant whipped cream.
**spoiler alert: the jam-filled raspberries burst when you bite into it🤤 (made with homemade raspberry gel)
the pie has a bold red and white colour which resembles the singaporean flag 🇸🇬
amidst the pandemic, we can lift our spirits by celebrating with the company of good food and loved ones ❤️
